Ordering & Process
How do I place a custom order?
There are two ways to order from us:
- Ready-to-ship designs — Browse our full catalog and add your size directly to cart. These ship fast.
- Fully custom designs — Submit a custom order request with your design, logo, or idea and we'll create a proof for your approval before printing.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum! You can order a single shirt. We don't require bulk minimums like many traditional print shops. That said, ordering 12+ shirts does unlock bulk pricing discounts.
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after artwork is approved. Complex orders with many personalized names/numbers may take a bit longer. Rush options may be available — contact us if you have a tight deadline.
Can I order shirts with different sizes in the same order?
Yes. Mix and match any sizes (Youth XS through Adult 5XL) in a single order at no extra charge.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Contact us for international shipping inquiries and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Custom Design & Artwork
What file formats do you accept?
We accept: PNG (preferred, with transparent background), SVG, PDF, and JPG (minimum 300 DPI). Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images from the web — these typically won't print well.
My logo is only available as a low-resolution image. Can you still use it?
Possibly. Our team will review your artwork and let you know if the resolution is sufficient for printing, or if we can recreate it in a higher-quality format.
Can you help design a shirt if I don't have existing artwork?
Yes! Tell us your vision — your team name, colors, and general idea — and we can work with you to create a design. Design fees may apply depending on complexity.
Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely. For all custom orders, we send a digital proof showing your design, placement, and size on the shirt before we print a single item. Nothing goes to press without your approval.
What placement options are available?
Common placements include: left chest, full front, full back, sleeve, and back yoke. Let us know your preference when you order, or we'll recommend the best placement for your design.
Printing & Quality
What printing method do you use?
We use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing — the most advanced and durable printing method for custom apparel. DTF produces vibrant, full-color prints that bond directly to the fabric and resist cracking, peeling, and fading.
How does DTF printing compare to screen printing?
DTF is better in almost every way for small-to-medium runs:
- No minimums — screen printing typically requires 24–100 pieces per design
- No setup fees — screen printing charges per color, per screen
- Full color — DTF handles photos, gradients, and complex designs; screen printing doesn't
- Faster turnaround — no screens to burn or register
Screen printing can be more cost-effective for very large runs (500+) of simple 1–2 color designs. For everything else, DTF wins.
How do I wash and care for my shirt?
To extend the life of your print: wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the printed area. DTF transfers are rated for 50+ washes with proper care.
What shirt brands do you use?
We primarily print on Gildan and Bella+Canvas, which offer great printability and durability at various price points. Let us know if you have a preference or need a specific brand.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a custom shirt cost?
Pricing depends on shirt style, quantity, and design complexity. Single shirts with a simple logo typically start around $25–$35. Bulk orders receive significant discounts. Request a quote for an exact price on your order.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! Orders of 12+ shirts receive bulk pricing. The more you order, the more you save per shirt. Contact us for a custom quote on large orders (50+ pieces).
Do you have any current discount codes?
New customers can use WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off their first order. Sign up for our email list to receive future promotions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
Returns & Guarantees
What is your return policy?
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives with a printing defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund — no questions asked. Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt and contact us immediately if there's an issue.
What if the shirt doesn't fit?
We recommend consulting our size chart before ordering. If your item arrives and has a manufacturing defect in sizing, contact us and we'll make it right.

Ordering & Products
How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy! Simply browse our designs, choose your favorite, select your shirt color and size, and add to cart. Our Product Configurator lets you preview exactly how your design will look before you buy.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a full range of sizes from Toddler 2T through Adult 5XL. Youth sizes include YS, YM, YL, and YXL. Adult sizes run from S to 5XL. Check our size guide on any product page for detailed measurements.
Can I order custom designs?
Absolutely! Custom orders are our specialty. Contact us with your design idea, and we'll work with you to bring it to life. Whether it's a family reunion, team event, or just something uniquely you, we've got you covered.
What shirt colors are available?
We offer a wide variety of colors including classic options like Black, White, and Navy, plus fun colors like Heather Grey, Forest Green, Maroon, and more. Color availability may vary by product type and size.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5-8 business days. Since each item is made to order with care, please allow a little extra time during busy seasons. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $75! Standard shipping is $10.50 for orders under $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options, so check back soon or contact us for special arrangements.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't quite right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's an exchange, store credit, or refund. We want you to love what you wear.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect and pack every order, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement right away — no questions asked.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Of course! If the fit isn't quite right, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange. Just send back the unworn item and we'll get the correct size to you as quickly as possible.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your design looking fresh: machine wash cold, inside out. This protects the print and keeps colors vibrant. Skip the bleach — your design will thank you!
Can I put it in the dryer?
Yes, but tumble dry on low heat. For best results, hang to dry. This prevents shrinkage and helps your shirt last longer.
Can I iron over the design?
We recommend avoiding direct heat on the printed area. If you need to iron, turn the shirt inside out or place a cloth over the design. This keeps your print looking crisp.
