Shipping Policy for Ivypress Designs LLC Custom T-Shirts

At Ivypress Designs we are committed to delivering your custom t-shirts quickly and efficiently. Below is an outline of our shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Shipping Rates & Methods:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within United States):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days – $8.00
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days – $30.00
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days – $50.00

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and unforeseen delays.

Processing Time:

All custom t-shirts are made to order. Please allow 10 business days for us to process and print your order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Rush orders available upon request, email orders@ivypressdesigns.com

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within:

  • Domestic: 2-5 business days.
  • International: 10-12 business days.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently do not ship to certain remote locations. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders):

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be due upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or refusal of packages due to non-payment of duties and taxes.

Delayed or Lost Shipments:

If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at info@ivypressdesigns.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for reshipping information, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Changes to Shipping Address:

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@ivypressdesigns.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but once the order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
