Refund & Returns Policy for Ivypress Designs LLC Custom T-Shirts
At info@ivypressdesigns.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Below are our policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for custom t-shirts.
Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and returns are only available under specific conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your t-shirt arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping error, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Item or Order: If you receive the wrong size, design, or item than what you ordered, we will rectify the mistake by offering a replacement or a refund.
Refunds and returns are not available for:

Incorrect Sizing: As all products are custom-made to the size you select, we cannot offer refunds or returns for size discrepancies. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind: Since all items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind about the order.
Return Request Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@ivypressdesigns.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product highlighting the defect or error.

Review Process: After we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will send instructions for returning the item or, if applicable, processing a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping: If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items. For other issues, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom t-shirts, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom designs created using your own artwork, unless defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please place a new order, and reach out to us for assistance with any eligible return or refund.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not entered the production stage. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order. Please contact us at info@ivypressdesigns.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If we determine that the product was defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other return reasons, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
